How long we take

We answer every message we get, and we read them every day. Write from the email address you gave at checkout, so we can match your message to the order without asking you for more.

If you have lost your report

Send us the order id and the postcode at support@jagatitlimited.com and we will send a fresh link to the same email address. We do not send a report anywhere else, because that address is the only one we know belongs to the buyer.

What we cannot answer

We can tell you what the EPC register said about a property on the day the report was made, what the MEES rules say about that rating, and where each finding came from. We cannot change a rating, we cannot register an exemption for you, and we do not give legal advice. For that, speak to an assessor, your local authority or a solicitor.

That is a registered office. It is the address the company is registered at for the record, and it is not a shop, an office counter or a place to call in. Nobody there can help with a report. Email is the way to reach us.
